The TM Lynch Veterans Program was founded by Dr. Tincie M. Lynch after 30 years of combined federal service in the United States Army and the Veterans Health Administration. Retiring in December 2020, she dedicated her life to serving veterans, homeless populations, and women in need.
We partner with Veterans Service Organizations across Atlanta, GA and Prince Georges, VA to provide food, shelter, counseling, claims assistance, and spiritual support — ensuring no veteran is left behind.

Founder, TM Lynch Prayer Outreach Ministries for Veterans
After 30 years of combined federal service in the United States Army and the Veterans Health Administration, Dr. Lynch retired in December 2020 and dedicated her life to serving veterans and their families.
She serves as the servant leader of the Veteran, homeless, and women populations, covering those she serves by praying the unadulterated word of God.
